Shipping policy

Processing Times:

For ready-made items we aim to ship within 7 working days unless stated otherwise in the listing.

For pre-order items, which are made to order it can take up to 6 weeks for processing. In rare cases where the processing time will take longer, due to high demand or increased listings, you will be notified upon purchase and given the option to cancel if desired.

Custom orders are handled on an individual basis, and the processing time is agreed before purchase.

If there are any delays in processing orders due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Please bear in mind that these processing times only refer to the time it takes for me to prepare and ship the item(s). Once they are shipped, I have no control over how long they will take to reach you, especially during busy times of the year.

Shipping:

Your item(s) will be placed in a queue to be shipped to you.

For orders over £50, we offer free shipping via Royal Mail.

If your order is under £50, we have two shipping options available:

1. Royal Mail Standard: This cost effective option uses standard 2nd class Royal Mail services and costs are confirmed as part of the purchasing process.

2. Royal Mail Tracked: This option provides tracking information for your order and costs are confirmed as part of the purchasing process.

Once your order has left us and entered the Royal Mail's network you will receive an automatic dispatch confirmation email.

Please make sure you provide accurate contact information, as I cannot be held responsible for any errors once the items have been shipped. While we will do our best to assist you, we are not responsible for any mistakes or delays caused by the courier.
